Every product traded at Labubu-Official undergoes a strict certification process. Shipping tracking codes are typically provided within 5-9 business days, depending on the placement of your order.

Labubu-Official employs a strict inspection process and every product is unboxed for thorough inspection. Inspect the product, including packaging, appearance, internal components, accessories, etc. Defects and defects are logged. Our certification team determines the eligibility of each product before final approval.

Return the goods

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt only if the product is in original condition and the QR sticker is intact.

❤ The buyer will receive a partial refund if the item is returned and verified. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable and a restocking fee (15% of total payment) will be deducted from the transaction amount.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. After the Labubu-Official customer service team confirms the exchange or return without reason, we will provide you with the return address.
